Yes. We generate the KT-1 accommodation occupancy report — legally required for every Polish accommodation property with 10 or more beds. The system aggregates guest data by nationality and stay type, exports to CSV or XML — ready to file via the GUS Reporting Portal within the first 10 days after the reporting month. KT-1 is the current GUS designation; you may also know it as T-06.
The whole platform and database are in the European Union. Under GDPR every tenant has data export and one-click anonymization. Full sub-processor list is available in our privacy policy.
Yes. If you have an Excel of units and guests, we will import it together during onboarding. For larger migrations (NFHotel, Camping.care, etc.) we price per case — we do not promise free migration for every format, because not every format allows it.
