CampBooker Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 April 2026

These terms govern the provision of the CampBooker service — a SaaS platform for managing camping and marina facilities — by JP Development sp. z o.o. ("Provider") to business customers ("Customer", "Operator"). The Polish version is authoritative in case of discrepancy.

1. Service description

CampBooker is a SaaS platform that enables the Customer to manage reservations, guests, invoicing (including Polish KSeF), distribution channels, and the guest portal. The service is delivered via the cloud with no on-premises installation required.

2. Subscription plans

The service is available in three tiers, billed monthly or annually (with two months free on prepaid annual). Net prices:

  • Starter — 149 PLN / month
  • Professional — 349 PLN / month
  • Business — 699 PLN / month

Applicable VAT is added to every price. The detailed feature set of each tier is listed on /pricing.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial without entering payment card details. After the trial, if no subscription is activated, the account enters read-only mode. Data is retained for 30 days for reactivation.

4. Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (our payment processor). A VAT invoice is issued upon each successful charge and delivered by email as well as made available in the Customer panel. The billing currency is Polish zloty (PLN). A failed payment moves the account to PAST_DUE; after 7 days it moves to UNPAID with restricted access.

5. Refund policy

No refunds are granted on monthly plans — the Customer keeps access until the end of the paid billing period. On annual plans, upon cancellation, we refund pro-rata for the full unused months (counted from the next calendar month after cancellation). Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

6. Service level (SLA)

During the beta phase (available at beta.campbooker.pl) we do not grant an availability SLA. After production launch the planned availability is 99.5% monthly, excluding maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance. An SLA breach entitles the Customer to a proportional credit on the next billing period.

7. Customer obligations

The Customer agrees to: (a) use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms; (b) secure their authentication credentials; (c) not upload unlawful content, spam or sensitive data in fields not designated for it; (d) respect third-party copyright and rights; (e) correctly fulfil their own obligations to their guests as an independent data controller.

8. Termination

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time via the panel. If cancelled on a monthly plan, access continues until the end of the paid period. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect in case of material breach, unpaid fees for 14 days, or a written request from competent authorities. Data remains exportable for 30 days after account closure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, the Provider's liability to the Customer is limited to the sum of fees paid by the Customer during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Provider is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages unless caused intentionally.

10. Governing law and disputes

The agreement is governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved amicably first; failing that, by the common court with jurisdiction over the Provider's registered seat, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. The Customer will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. If the Customer does not accept the changes, they may cancel the service and receive a pro-rata refund for the overpaid period.
